ADR Training: Hybrid Course Oct 28-Nov 1, 2024

WE REGULARLY OFFER ARBITRATION COURSES WITH CERTIFICATION AND CUSTOM DESIGNED TRAINING IN MEDIATION AND MED/ARB.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN for the next arbitration course to be held in Toronto in person with an online option October 28 to November 1, 2024. Classes run 9 to 5. Students can attend entirely online or in person for days they can, and online for days when that is more convenient. Those who attend in person will be provided with snacks and lunch. This course will be taught by Murray Miskin with Dana Hirsh as co-instructor. The registration fee for the course is $2,500 plus HST with a $500 deposit required. Lawyers and Paralegals taking the course will receive more than their full year requirement of CPD credits including Professionalism and EDI from the Law Society of Ontario. This is a qualifying course for arbitrator membership and Q.Arb. status in the ADR Institute of Ontario.  The course fee includes all course materials in PDF format and ADR Institute certificate. The classes run from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM each day for one week.

We have a group registration discount for three or more students where each of the group will save 10% on the total registration fee of $2,500.  If you are part of a group please register individually at any time and email us the names of your group members so each will receive the discount (if there are 3 or more actually registered) in the final billing.  Your group may include individuals who are already registered for the course before you and those who do register later.

There is a $500.00 deposit required for the course with the balance due before the course begins. Registration is usually done through Paypal and you may register securely through Paypal with a credit card or by debit, even if you do not have a Paypal account. We are a Verified Paypal Business User. Class size is limited and we will stop accepting registration when the course is full with a waiting list to be established.  Once your deposit payment is received you are guaranteed a place in the course. There are no course pre-requisites and registration is transferable.  The deposit amount is 50% refundable if you withdraw within 30 to 7 days of the course start and is 80% refundable if you withdrew earlier.  You may also defer your deposit to credit it to the next course if you find you are unable to attend after you register. Payments of deposit amounts above the $500.00 minimum deposit are fully refundable. If you prefer to pay the old fashioned way you may send a cheque or money order payable to “Miskin Law Professional Corporation”, 351 Charlotte St. , Suite 100, Peterborough ON, K9J 2W1.
