Register now for our Arbitration Courses
I would like to know the details or other formalities, if any for registering. I mean, if anyone has to qualify to participate in this workshop? Please feel free to inform me of the details ..Thanks for posting
Mou, Everybody who is interested qualifies. There is no minimum education standard or advance training or knowledge required to take the course. We start at the beginning and when the course is over everyone understands a lot about arbitration so as to be considered qualified to begin to work as an arbitrator. Usually people in the course do have education or experience that contributes to their ability to understand what we do and to contribute to discussion in the class. Having some advance knowledge of the legal system is definitely helpful.
Can you please tell me the address where the Course will be held? Also the certificate from the ADR Institute, is it a certificate of completion or something certifying the graduate as a qualified arbitrator?
Thanks for your reply.
The course will again be at the Ontario Bar Association’s educational facility 20 Toronto St. near Yonge and King Sts. in Toronto. The certificate confirms that the course was taken. A person can separately apply to be an Arbitrator member of the ADR Institute and to be a Qualified Arbitrator. The course is what is needed to be accepted for both.
Hi, how much is the fee.
$2000 plus HST covers everything including course materials, lunches, snacks and the course certificate.
